This Hold me tight workshop is an education programme (not therapy or counselling) based on Emotionally Focused Therapy developed by Dr Sue Johnson. Dr Johnson is a recognised leader in the science of relationships and EFT is one of the only approaches to relationship therapy that has had its effectiveness proven in research with a wide range of different types of couples.

The workshop is suitable for a range of couples including those who wish to revive a relationship that is in trouble or revitalise a tired relationship or enrich a strong relationship.
